The Weston Youth Center for Musical Arts Summer Music Camp
is a week-long camp with two options:
Band and Young Musicians.
If music and fun is what you love, then this camp is for you!
Our camp runs for 4 weeks (2 weeks for young musicians, and 2 weeks for band) and campers have the option of attending one or all of the individual weeks.
Each week runs from 9am-1pm Monday-Friday on the campus of the

Band Camp
For incoming 5th–9th graders

Camp
For incoming 1st–5th graders

Where is the camp located and what are the dates and times of operation?
The WYCMA Summer Music Camp 2025 operates from the Community Center at Weston Regional Park in Weston, FL.
It runs Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 1:00pm and students may start arriving between 8:30 and 9:00am.
The dates for the four, week-long camps are as follows:
Session 1- June 23rd-27th Young Musicians
Session 2- July 7th-11th Band
Session 3- July 14th-18th Band
Session 4- July 28th-Aug 1st Young Musicians
What should my child wear to camp?
Campers should wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes. A jacket is recommended since most of the day is indoors with air conditioning. Campers should wear their camp t-shirt on Mondays and Fridays. Free camp t-shirt Included with Registration Fee. Please have your child wear sunscreen, since we will have outdoor recreational activities.
How can I register my child?
The registration form is found above. Additionally, you must complete a short registration form through the City of Weston website, where you will also make camp fee payments. Use the following link to complete registration.

How much are the registration/session fees, and how can I make the payment?
The camp Session Fee is $270 per week.
(Discounts noted in the registration for multiple weeks and/or children.)
There is also a one-time Registration Fee of $30 which includes a Camp T-Shirt. This fee is paid directly to WYCMA via the bank service Zelle, using our email as the recipient contact info: admin@westonycma.com

How does drop off/pick up work?
Campers are to be dropped off at the front entrance of the Weston Regional Park Community Center between 8:30 and 9:00am. They will be brought to the appropriate classroom by staff members.
Pick up occurs at the Community Center entrance at 1:00pm.
How can band students rent instruments?
We recommend that students who are already involved in band programs discuss renting/borrowing an instrument with their school band director before the end of the school year. If other arrangements are needed, we recommend using the company All County Music.

Weather Disclaimer
WYCMA Music Camp will operate rain or shine as the camp operates indoors.
For the safety of our campers and staff, if the unavoidable threat of a natural disaster such as tropical storm/hurricane warnings are enacted in Broward County, the Camp will be closed. No refunds or credit will be given if camp has to be suspended during these times.
LUNCH
Water and Snacks are provided. Campers must bring their own lunch. ON FRIDAYS, Pizza will be ordered for campers at no extra cost.
Refund Policy
Registration and Camp Fee must be paid upon Registration.
Registration Fee is Non-Refundable.
Camp Fee is fully Refundable up to 2 weeks before camp.
Camp Fee is 50% refundable up to 1 week before camp.
Camp Fee is NON- refundable once camp is in session.
**Campers will NOT be allowed to attend if the camp fee has not been paid prior to the first day of their chosen session. **
